Project Title: COVID-19 Return to Work Guidelines Template

Tools: Articulate Rise

Challenge

As many companies begin to return to work onsite, plans need to be in place for how to educate employees on new procedures and policies due to COVID-19.

Solution

This short online course provides a base template to share important information and resources to employees. Providing the right information and contacts prior to return shows a commitment to the safety and health of all employees.

Project Title: Volunteer Orientation

Tools: Articulate Storyline

Challenge

This module was developed for a non-profit organization. The organization wanted a way to streamline orientation so that volunteers were spending less time at their facility doing paperwork and training and more time actually helping and contributing to the center.

Solution

This online orientation included basic training for each position at the center and forms for volunteers to complete. They were able to print out their completed volunteer form and a certificate of completion for the job orientations.

Update: Storyline version of course adapted into Rise. Previous print forms option for students was replaced by Google form in Rise course. Forms are now automatically emailed to the volunteer coordinator and a copy of responses can be received by students. Previous tab interaction replaced by photo hotspot interaction. Students are able to click on different areas of the horse to learn about the senses.
