VILT: Slack

Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) series designed to support a global team transitioning to Slack.
This series included four interactive sessions (30–60 minutes each), delivered live and recorded for asynchronous access. To reinforce learning, I also developed short, guided simulations that allowed learners to practice key skills in a safe, low-stakes environment—ensuring fluency with the tool without disrupting the live workspace.
